0845                 Meet and Greet - get prepared

0900                  Chair opening remarks – Things get confusing. Who do you believe? Logging is causal to sediment loads? Managed forests perform better? Beach Wrack Harvesting done right is just fine but it should not be allowed because of its impact on forage fish? Mining has economic benefits that outweigh any environmental concerns, etc. I ask that this dilemma be kept in mind as we go forward to see if we can find a way to advise that takes these opposing views/science into account.
