The Salmon Enhancement and Habitat Advisory Board hosted an evening lecture featuring:
David Maloney - regional hydrologist for the Northern Interior Forest Region, his topic will be how the response to the pine beetle will have an effect on how our watersheds function.
Robert Hodgkinson - Regional Forest Entomologist for the BC Ministry of Forests and Range, who will share on the life cycle of the Pine Beetle and how it thrives in our environment.
Don Lawrence - Fisheries and Oceans Habitat Biologist will present on impacts to fish habitat.
